Terms of use
These terms apply to Architect World, its apps, the computer version and this website, provided by Workaholic Developers (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Architect World helps design professionals run projects with their clients: clients and projects, drawings and approvals, invoices, meetings and agreements, and a public directory of verified studios. Features may change as we improve the service.
Accounts
Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself, and give true details. You are responsible for what is done from your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we tell its owner why.
Studios, plans and the trial
A new studio gets a free trial with every feature. After it, a paid plan keeps the studio working; prices are on the pricing page and are before GST. A plan runs for the period bought and is not refunded part-way, except where the law requires it. When a plan or the trial ends, the studio becomes read-only: its data stays visible and exportable, and its clients keep their portal.
Your content
The drawings, files and records you put in stay yours (or your clients’). You allow us to store, process and show them only to provide the service to you and to the people you share them with. Do not upload anything you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
The directory
We list a studio only after checking its owner’s identity and its COA registration or licence. That is a check of documents, not a recommendation: choose your architect with care. Studios are responsible for what their profiles say.
Payments between studios and clients
Clients pay studios directly. Architect World is not a party to those payments or to the contract between a studio and its client, and holds no money for anyone.
Professional responsibility
Architect World is a tool. It does not give architectural, legal, tax or financial advice. Studios remain responsible for their drawings, their agreements (our agreement template shows whether a lawyer has reviewed it), their invoices and their tax filings.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Architect World available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what the studio paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending
You can stop using Architect World and delete your account from the app at any time. We may end the service with at least 30 days’ notice, during which you can export your data.
Changes and contact
We update these terms when the service changes; the date above changes when we do, and we tell studios about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact: info@workaholicdevelopers.com.
