For architects and design studios

Run the studio. Keep every client in the loop.

One place for clients, stage plans, drawings and markup, approvals, invoices, meetings and your team’s time, with a portal your clients will actually open.

Clients and projects

Every client gets a client ID and projects built from your stage templates. Tasks with sub-tasks, comments with @mentions and reminders, site visits with photos, and a dashboard of what needs attention today.

Drawings, 3D and markup

Upload PDFs, images, DWG and 3D models in big files that resume after a dropped connection. Pins, boxes, freehand, arrows, text and measurements, every edit undoable; versions, compare, and a PDF with the markup drawn in.

Change requests that pay

Clients ask for changes in rounds. The first rounds are free (you choose how many); after that you quote a fee, and an accepted fee goes onto the next invoice by itself.

Approvals that hold up

The client approves with a one-time code sent to their email. The approval record names exactly what was approved, by whom, when and from which device.

Fees and GST invoices

Fixed, hourly, percentage or milestone fees. GST or simple invoices with a number series per financial year, reminders before and after the due date, payments and receipts, expenses with bills, and Excel exports.

Meetings and agreements

SeeUAll video rooms and site visits on one calendar, with invites your clients can add to theirs. Agreements filled from the project and fees, signed by the client with a code and a typed name, then countersigned.

A team with roles

Owner, architect, draftsman, site engineer and accountant: each sees what their work needs. Draftsmen never see money; site engineers see only their projects.

Found in the directory

Once we have checked your identity and registration, your studio can appear in the public directory with its work. Enquiries land in your Leads inbox and become clients in one tap.

Built for the desk and the site

The computer version has keyboard shortcuts, drag-and-drop uploads and wide tables. The phone and tablet apps follow you to the site. Press ? in the computer version to see every shortcut.

Questions

What do you check before a studio is listed?

An identity document of the owner and the studio’s COA registration or professional licence. Our staff look at them once; the files are encrypted and deleted 90 days after the decision.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose a plan on the computer version. If you don’t, the studio becomes read-only: everything stays visible and exportable, and clients still see their portal.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Invoices, payments, expenses and time export to Excel, and drawings download with or without their markup.

How many people can I add?

Solo is for one person, Studio for up to 8 and Practice for up to 30. Clients and guests are free and never count as seats.
